I had the best dental experience of my life at this office! From the moment I walked in, Jill greeted me with a warm smile and immediately made me feel welcome. She showed me where everything was and made the check-in process effortless. I didn't have to sit in the waiting room for long at all! Tabitha took my X-rays and was absolutely amazing. She has such a great personality, and we laughed and talked the entire time. As a mom, I was especially grateful that Jill kindly watched my 5-month-old baby while I was getting my X-rays. The entire staff helped entertain her, which made my visit so much easier and less stressful. Crystal was incredibly knowledgeable, answered every question I had, and provided excellent recommendations. I was so amazed but her memory when it came to eating gum recession that is goat behavior! I told her most people need somewhere there to input the information while calling it out. Dr. Austin was wonderful—kind, caring, and professional. Every single person in the office made me feel valued and comfortable. Honestly, I told them I felt like I was in Beverly Hills because the level of service was that exceptional! I had an outstanding experience with this dental practice. Dr. Nazario and the entire team demonstrated exceptional professionalism and provided the highest quality of care. The office is modern, spotless, and exceptionally well organized, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for outstanding dental care and excellent service.

I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The receptionist was so pleasant and knowledgeable which made my initial appointment smooth and enjoyable. I was a walk in.., less than 5 minutes she collected my information and had me scheduled for a next day appointment which was impressive. I would gladly recommend Roccobene Associates Family Dentistry to my colleagues, family and friends. RAFD was simply amazing, professional and preformed an exceptional job addressing my dental care needs and concerns. The practice is very fortunate to have John(Dental Hygienist) apart of their team he done a phenomenal job cleaning my teeth!

I had such a great (first!) experience at Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry today! All of the staff that I interacted with were very personable and friendly (Jill at the front desk, John as dental hygienist and Dr. Nazario). John was one of the best hygienists I've ever had- - very kind and professional throughout the cleaning and was happy to answer my questions along the way. He made me feel very comfortable and at ease from start-to-finish. The office was also very clean and welcoming. I also appreciated all of the communication I had with office staff leading up to my appointment, the reminder text that I received, and the automated text notification of my next appointment! Hands down one of the best dental experiences I've had and I look forward to returning for my next appointment in 6 months.

I went in today to riccobene associates family dentistry and from checking in to check out it was a pleasure !!! John my hygienist was the best answered all my questions listened and explained everything I needed to know!! I love him! My cleaning was great and smooth they made me feel at ease with everything! Dr Briana Austin was a pleasure also explained the things I needed so pleasant and friendly! She let me know everything I needed to know !!! At check out was smooth made my next appointment and I’m happy to be coming back! I recommend this dentist office!
